Julia(ジュリア , Julia), is one of the idols featured in The iDOLM@STER: Million Live! and is also one of the members of the "39 Project" (「39（サンキュー）プロジェクト」, "sankyuu purojekuto") during the events of Theater Days. Her Million Live! original card type was Vocal, meanwhile her Theater Days card type is Fairy. She is voiced by Aimi Terakawa (寺川愛美, Terakawa Aimi).

Julia has vibrant red hair that usually sits in a messy bob style, however, when she is in her "rocker mode", she pushes her bangs back and adds hair gel to the edges, creating a sharper look. While in this mode, she is also seen wearing heavy makeup and a small blue star piece sit below her left eye. She doesn't wear this makeup in her "idol mode". Her eyes are a dark blue shade.
Julia's casual wear consists of a black and white t-shirt that is somewhat punk-ish in style, with a grunge X print on it. She can be seen to have a pink singlet underneath the shirt as well. She wears long black pants with a pink studded belt. She has a black wrist band on her left wrist that has a white star on it. She also wears a necklace, that is small and silver and can hardly be seen.
